Driver Behaviour
Through connection to the CANbus crucial on-board-diagnostic information is recorded and presented to identify patterns and trends to enable changes in behaviour to reduce fuel and maintenance costs, improve driver safety and improve environmental impact.
Measurements include:

How does it work
On board vehicle sensors and accelerometer provide real-time information such as RPM, speed, acceleration and deceleration, quick lane changes, sudden stops and many more.
Unicom provide battery powered Asset tracking solutions utilising GPS technology
Asset Track is our waterproof and durable tracking device which is designed specifically for tracking assets and other equipment that does not necessarily have a constant power source. This is ideal for equipment that may be left unattended for long periods of time and may be exposed to harsh conditions. It is a highly configurable device that is designed and manufactured in the UK. Asset – track offers a unique combination of long battery life, functionality, reliability, and quality.
The IP67 ruggedised tracking device has an 18-month battery life, so it can be used to monitor non-powered assets {battery life}. The battery is rechargeable so when the power is occasionally available it will automatically recharge {e.g. when a trailer is hitched to a tractor unit}.

How it works
Asset Tracker will provide minute by minute tracking of your trailers / assets when they are moving, including speed, but also gives a heart-beat when your asset is stationary. Locations are displayed on the latest Google mapping with 2d and satellite imagery.
